It said the purchase price will be pegged to the Henry Hub monthly average, plus a fee.<\/p>\n<p>A CPC spokesman valued the deal at $25 billion, based on current prices.<\/p>\n<p>Cheniere operates the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Louisiana and is building the Corpus Christi LNG plant in Texas. The deal, which is through Cheniere Marketing, is not tied to a particular liquefaction train.
